In view of the growing value of information, especially personal data, Time For Wax is aware of the importance of the risks associated with data processing. Time For Wax declares to take systematic measures to prevent threats to information security, the occurrence of which may lead to the loss of confidentiality, integrity and accountability of data, and in particular to the disclosure of information to unauthorized persons, information damage or destruction. To guarantee the above declaration, the Company strives to achieve a satisfactory level of security of the processed information by:

  • Providing support for information security initiatives.
  • Providing resources needed to implement required security features.
  • Putting all documentation containing customers’ personal information under special surveillance.
  • Providing awareness-raising activities for employees/associates on the importance and significance of the data being processed including personal data.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing sales agreements, customer service, providing information regarding offers and promotions offered by Time For Wax, as well as for the purpose of surveying and profiling. The personal data provided will be processed until you withdraw your consent.

At any time you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your previously given consent to the processing of your personal data. Withdrawal of consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of data processing, which made pursuant to this consent prior to revocation.
