TERMS OF SERVICE FOR USING TIME FOR WAX SERVICES AND TIME FOR WAX&NAILS SALONS

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1. At Time For Wax Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Time For Wax” or “TFW”) we do not hold registrations for hair removal treatments. We serve our Clients in order of arrival.
2. In order to use epilation treatment in TFW, you are required to provide the following information: name, surname, telephone number and signature. We store this information in our system for the purpose of providing services. To use TFW services you are also required to provide consent to perform the treatment (“I declare that I have read the INFORMATION SHEET FOR TIME FOR WAX CUSTOMERS and I have been informed and am aware of the contraindications to perform the treatment, the rules of conduct before, during and after the treatment, as well as the possible negative effects of waxing treatments”).
3. You can decide whether you want your data to be processed for marketing purposes (e.g. to receive information on events organized by TFW promotions and contests).
4. To receive the Regular Customer Loyalty Card entitling you to collect points for services in Time For Wax, please read the Terms of Service of the Loyalty Card Program and fill in the form.
5. Each client is informed about the expected waiting time for the treatment, however, please be informed that due to the nature of the treatment, the time of epilation is subject to slight delays.
6. Minors are served only upon written consent of a legal guardian.
7. For health and safety reasons, prior the treatment, please inform the beautician about any medications you are taking and any cosmetic procedures you have undergone on your face and body (in particular those containing Vitamin A and all vitamin A derivatives, acne ointments and creams, acid treatments, exfoliating treatments).
8. Abstain from tanning, using sunbeds or sauna at least two days before your waxing treatment.
9. Perform a body scrub one day before your hair removal treatment.
10. To prepare for bikini treatment, please use a bidet to refresh your intimate areas and all parts of your body.

WAX EPILATION

1. The beautician may ask you to help with skin stretching during epilation treatment to improve your comfort and reduce skin irritation.
2. Brazilian epilation, since it targets very delicate area of the body, may cause damage of epidermis and/or wax burns, especially if the skin is irritated by tanning, more sensitive as a result of sauna or for other reasons.
3. Please note that epilation of any part of the body may cause damage to the epidermis, stemming from an abnormal skin condition or the structure of the hair. Such side effects do not mean that the treatment has been performed incorrectly.
4. Waxing can cause skin irritation, which with proper care subsides after a few days. In rare cases, depending on the individual health condition and sensitivity of the skin, waxing, despite being performed correctly, can cause wounds, scars, pimples, skin allergies and other skin conditions.
5. To achieve satisfactory waxing results we recommend that the hair should be between 0.5 cm-1cm in length. Longer hair should be trimmed to the recommended length prior to the treatment. Please do not apply oils, oily creams or lotions on your skin before a waxing appointment at TFW.

TFW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, WHEN:

1. The Client refuses to provide information required to register for the treatment.
2. The Client is intoxicated.
3. The Client’s skin is irritated from sunbeds, cosmetic or medical procedures.
4. Skin condition(s) disqualify the Client from the treatment (eg. ringworm, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, etc.).
5. Epilation procedure causes excessive skin irritation.
6. The Client is not ready for the treatment (eg. does not follow TFW treatment hygiene guidelines or the hair length is not appropriate).

TREATMENT ROOM GUIDELINES:

1. Only one Client is allowed in the treatment room at a time.
2. Children are not permitted to enter the treatment room for safety reasons.
3. Please put your personal belongings in the designated area indicated by the beautician (hanger, bag). TFW is not responsible for any damage or loss of belongings left in places other than those indicated by the beautician.
4. Please prepare for the procedure, use the disposable underwear we provide (if required), and wait for the beautician on the treatment bed.
5. Please switch your cellphone to silent mode for the duration of the procedure.
6. Please note that you must not perform epilation yourself nor touch the heater, to avoid burning the skin.
7. After depilation of the intimate areas, please apply the TFW suggested oil or lotion to the treated area.

AFTER WAXING:

1. Avoid body scrub for three-four days after the treatment.
2. Avoid excessive exercise for two days to avoid inflammation and redness.
3. Avoid antiperspirants and alcohol-based perfumes for four days after underarm hair removal to avoid skin irritation and/or discoloration.
4. Avoid sauna and/or pool for two days after the treatment
5. Avoid sunbeds for four to five days after the treatment.
