In view of the growing value of information, especially personal data, Time For Wax is aware of the importance of the risks associated with data processing.
Time For Wax declares to take systematic measures to prevent threats to information security, the occurrence of which may lead to the loss of confidentiality, integrity and accountability of data, and in particular to the disclosure of information to unauthorized persons, information damage or destruction.
To guarantee the above declaration, the Company strives to achieve a satisfactory level of security of the processed information by:
- Confirmation of the need to protect information, especially data processed in information systems.
- Providing support for information security initiatives.
- Providing resources needed to implement required security features.
- Putting all documentation containing customers’ personal information under special surveillance.
- Providing awareness-raising activities for employees/associates on the importance and significance of the data being processed including personal data.
PERSONAL DATA
- By using the contact, marketing or sales forms contained on the Time For Wax websites (hereinafter: “Forms”) and by providing data such as, in particular, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address (hereinafter: “Data”), but also by using the Time For Wax websites thereby providing data stored in your web browser, you consent to the processing of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Data Protection) (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”) by Time For Wax spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, 82 Narbutta Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Xiii Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000497869 (hereinafter referred to as “TFW” or “Company”), which is the Data Administrator.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing sales agreements, customer service, providing information regarding offers and promotions offered by Time For Wax, as well as for the purpose of surveying and profiling. The personal data provided will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
- At any time you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your previously given consent to the processing of your personal data. Withdrawal of consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of data processing, which made pursuant to this consent prior to revocation.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal L 119/1, 4/05/2016).
COOKIES AND OTHER TOOLS ON COMPANY WEBSITES
- Cookies are small text files that remain on your computer and allow, in particular, the proper functioning of the TFW website and the storage of information about your use of the website, including information about the web pages you visit (hereinafter: Cookies).
- Cookies are not used directly to collect personal information, but may collect profiling data about a browser user and, when combined with other data, lead to the ability to identify and/or profile a user for marketing purposes.
- TFW uses Cookies to facilitate your use of the Websites, to obtain information about your use of the Websites, and for profiling advertising, marketing communications, etc.
- Consent to the use of Cookies is entirely voluntary. A TFW website user may refuse to accept the use of Cookies or use browser settings that govern their use.
- TFW informs you that if you block Cookies in whole or in part, you may limit the functionality of the TFW Websites.
- TFW uses or may use various tools on the Company’s website (for example, such as Facebook Pixel, Google remarketing code, Google Analytics User-ID, etc.) for marketing, survey, statistical, advertising purposes, including marketing profiling. - This Privacy Policy applies only to the Company’s websites and does not cover other websites that link to those websites.
- This Privacy Policy and communications conducted using the Forms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
- Submission of Data to the Company and other inquiries via the Forms does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
